About

Founded in 2005, ACE Controls, headquartered in Humble, Texas, has evolved from a specialized control panel fabrication shop into a full-service industrial automation and systems integration partner. With more than two decades of hands-on-experience, we design, build, integrate, and support automation solutions that improve reliability, reduce downtime, and streamline operations for industrial and municipal facilities throughout Houston and across Texas. As a Certified Schneider Electric Alliance Partner, VT SCADA Certified Solution Provider, and UL508A Certified Panel Shop, we combine recognized industry expertise with proven automation solutions our customers can trust.

As a system integrator, we provide a single source solution from concept through commissioning. Our team manages every phase of the project, including engineering, software development, control panel design and manufacturing, startup, and ongoing lifecycle support. This integrated approach simplifies project execution, improves communication, and delivers consistent results from start to finish for customers throughout the Greater Houston area and Texas.

Our in house UL508A certified panel shop allows us to maintain quality, schedule, and accountability throughout the manufacturing process. Combined with our expertise in process equipment and industrial control systems, we develop solutions that are practical, reliable, and built around the needs of each application. From our headquarters in Humble, Texas, we proudly support customers across Houston, throughout Texas, and beyond.
